Yesterday was Brunos 3rd session, he's been doing really well with learning how to settle and control his impulsivity around movement.
In this session, we were working primarily on interrupting and changing Bruno's automatic response of darting and grabbing people's feet or hands. We worked out Bruno was worse when movements were sudden and out the corner of his eye compared to the initial people entering the room.
We've set a desensitisation and counterconditioning program in place for mum and dad to complete before getting used to the kids moving around.
All in all, Brunos been getting on really well, now it's time to tweak those smaller aspects.
