Jaake has been in Houghton Le Spring to see Nala and her family for her first session.
Nala is a 17-week-old Staffie pup, who is quite nervous and lacks confidence. She is also scared of human hands and refuses to walk.
Today we looked at some foundation exercises with Nala, used play to help build her confidence, and looked at ways we can build her confidence in human hands. It didn’t take long for Nala to come out of her shell and she had an awesome session. We also spoke in depth about mouthing, ankle biting, and toilet training.
