Recently we had our first virtual session with Jessie the Rottweiler.
Jessie has had a long-term trainer previously who has now retired and her owner rightfully wanted to continue the training, so here we are!
Jessie is reactive to both people and dogs, and a very sensitive dog. Recently, their other dog sadly passed and her behavior has changed, she seems to have settled a bit.
In our first session, we talked through the reactivity protocol and switched from completely avoiding people and dogs to gradually exposing her in controlled settings.
