Jet the Reactive Lovely Whippet

The progress continues!

Today we saw Jet again who is coming along nicely. Previously he was in a home with lots of dogs and now gets frustrated if he can’t go to see others.

Jet is a lovely whippet but previously could react towards other dogs from 200m+ away.

This made it even more difficult with very inconsistent types of reactions to dogs, which no obvious pattern.

We introduced some new leash handling skills today as well as closed the distance further and with around 15 dogs, all without reaction at around 30 meters.

Lovely to see some nice quick progress and looking forward to seeing him close the distance further still!
